Jaspal Singh Aujla brings 32+ years of experience across energy efficiency, renewable energy, solar power, engineering, project management and technical consultancy.
He began his professional career at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology (SLIET), Longowal, where he served as Lecturer and subsequently Assistant Professor in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering for more than 14 years. He later joined Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) and progressed through senior technical leadership positions, ultimately serving as Chief General Manager (Technical).
His experience includes large-scale energy-efficiency programmes, solar and LED lighting initiatives, energy audits and technical project management.
He holds an M.Tech. (Gold Medal), MBA and Certified Energy Auditor qualification, with specialised professional training in Japan through JICA and in Germany. He is also a DGCA-Certified Commercial Drone Pilot and Trained Thermographer.

Rupinder Kaur Aujla brings more than 26 years of experience in education, institutional administration, leadership and stakeholder management in the Government Senior Secondary School system of Punjab.
She has served as a Lecturer in English and has also officiated as Principal on several occasions, managing institutional operations involving approximately 2,000 students.
Her experience in institutional administration, communication and coordination contributes to the organisational and stakeholder-facing functions of Nexurja.

Navrattan Singh Aujla is a Mechanical Engineer with approximately five years of international manufacturing experience in Canada.
His professional experience includes CNC machining, programming, tooling, materials and manufacturing processes. His earlier exposure to LED lighting and hand-tool manufacturing also provides practical understanding of industrial production, vendor evaluation, materials and quality considerations.
